Material Information: The 14k gold-filled material, heavily used in our designs, features a layer of 1/20 14k gold bonded to a brass core. This is a popular choice in recent years for its ease of care and long-lasting color, offering a more accessible price point compared to solid 14k gold. Solid 14k gold, on the other hand, is crafted entirely from 14k gold throughout, containing approximately 58.5% gold with other metals like silver, iron, or copper. In Taiwan's climate, it requires even less maintenance and presents a more delicate, refined color. It's also a considerate option for those with sensitive skin. We also frequently utilize custom-alloyed metals. For these, mixandfun carefully selects unplated chains in finishes we love, then applies a special electroplating process. This ensures the color remains vibrant under normal wear. Wearing Precautions: 1. Always put on your jewelry after dressing and remove it before changing into loungewear. It is not recommended to wear jewelry while bathing, in hot springs, or swimming. 2. For earrings, we suggest using the included silicone stoppers to minimize the chance of loss. 3. Given Taiwan's warm and humid climate, if you plan to store your jewelry for an extended period, gently wipe it with a soft cloth before placing it in a sealed bag. 4. For delicate chains, make it a habit to fasten the clasp when removing them; this can help prevent tangles. 5. Please understand that 14k gold-filled, solid 14k gold, or custom-alloyed pieces will naturally show signs of wear over time. 6. A simple care tip: If your jewelry suddenly appears oxidized, don't worry. Place a small piece of aluminum foil in a bowl of water with a pinch of salt.
