Do not order if you cannot accept the terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses imported vegetable-tanned leather from Italy/Europe. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not considered defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor indentations and scratches are unavoidable. As long as the leather surface is not broken, these will also be considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfect uniformity of machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations occur between different batches due to varying inventory and storage times. Even on the same hide, different parts may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between orders placed at different times; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "engraved text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "engraved text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-engraved). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a 7-day free look period and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
