Workshop Description
Notes
・If you register on the day before or the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After placing your order and completing the checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be closed once full, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests made between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests made between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
。To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice will be considered a forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This event is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the venue, and special arrangements will be made.
