1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification" will be sent to you.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon checkout.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design store can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
