● Choose your design → Our artisans will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the fascinating traditional craft. The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (certain designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of the recipient's approximate height and weight. Ring size adjustments can be made at the studio after completion.

Tarnished silver can be restored to its original shine with toothpaste, silver cleaning solution, or a silver polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Accessories**
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished silver: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water to gently brush the silver. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a cloth or hairdryer. Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver look like new. Silver polishing cloths are for daily maintenance and can be used to polish metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaning Solution
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the cleaning solution for 3-5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a cloth or hairdryer.
4. Use a silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine, making your silver look like new.
Important: Do not immerse vintage black-finished jewelry in silver cleaning solution, as it will remove the black finish and revert it to plain silver.

**Workshops start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the workshop date or cancellations must be communicated at least three days prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the studio. Exchanges for designs of the same price are possible (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are also possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with design complexity. You can take your finished piece home the same day.
**★ Due to current health regulations, masks are required for entry.**
★ Please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation during the workshop.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled in accordance with government announcements for safety reasons. A new date will be scheduled.
