We recommend cleaning with a diluted neutral detergent and a soft brush, then wiping away foam with a damp cloth and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit, and minor dents or creases may occur, which are unavoidable. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For items featuring floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized, and each piece will have a unique distribution. Ordering signifies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Handmade dimensions may have an international standard allowable tolerance or a normal variation of 1-3 cm in measurement. 10. Collaborations are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and intact tags. 2.
