This is a bowl with a carefully inlaid pattern.
This is a beautiful piece with a deep transparent green color and fine crazing and inlay patterns.
It is slightly larger than a normal rice bowl, making it easy to serve rice, stews, soup, etc. It is a bowl with a moderate thickness, making it easy to hold and smooth to the touch.
This piece is finished through the following steps: wheel-throwing → carving into the shape of a bowl → carving out the pattern → bisque firing → filling the patterned areas with white mud and wiping off the excess → inner glaze (celadon glaze) → final firing. Because the clay for the ceramic body and the clay (mud) that is filled in are different types, they shrink differently during firing, and sometimes the white clay does not blend well with the recessed areas, so many prototypes are made before the piece is completed.
It is also a perfect gift for someone special.
You can enjoy watching the texture increase as it becomes more crazy and the flavor deepens as you use it.
