▴ On the day of the course, only ticket buyers are allowed to participate. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany the entry and participate together; refunds and extensions on the day are not accepted, and those who do not arrive are deemed to have abstained.
▴ Admission is open 10 minutes before the event. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue or refund.
▴ Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site staff. If there is any damage caused by violation, the participants should be responsible for it.
▴ If you want to cancel 5 days before the start of the class and apply for a refund, 20% of the extended consumables and handling fee will be deducted.
▴ Rescheduling is limited to one time and please contact us proactively, otherwise it will be regarded as a waiver; the deadline for rescheduling is only 3 months after the registration date and there is a class start time. If you can’t choose, you will be refunded and 20% of the extended handling fee will be deducted.
▴ If the course is canceled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or the epidemic command center, we will refund the full amount.
▴ The experience event will be taken by the organizer according to the needs, and uploaded to the community after the event; if you do not want to be photographed, you can inform at the event site.
