If you register as an individual, you may be paired with another participant.
However, if you register as a group of 2 to 4 friends, the session will be private and exclusive to your group!

Q1. Can I bring a companion to the workshop?
A1. Due to limited space and to ensure the quality of the learning experience for all participants, companions are unfortunately not permitted.
Q2. Are there any age restrictions for enrolling children in the workshop?
A2. The workshop does not involve needles, thread, or scissors, making it easy to operate. As long as children can focus on the DIY process, there are generally no issues!
Q3. Can I take my finished creation home on the same day?
A3. Yes, upon completion, your work will be carefully packaged for you to take home immediately.
Q4. Can the workshop be held at my preferred location (on-site delivery)?
A4. We welcome you to copy the [On-Site Workshop Inquiry Form] from the course details and send it to us. We will assess your request and provide a quote.
Q5. After registering for a workshop, can I cancel or change the date?
A5. To ensure the rights of all participants and the smooth arrangement of our courses, please read our refund policy carefully:
● Workshop Cancellation & Refund Period
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future session.
For cancellations or no-shows within 1 to 6 days before the workshop, rescheduling will be arranged; cancellations are not possible. We appreciate your understanding.
● Special Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as typhoons leading to a holiday closure, or government-mandated pandemic restrictions) that prevent the workshop from proceeding as scheduled, we will offer the following options:
- Reschedule to another available workshop date free of charge.
- A full refund.
