Kiyomizu Rokubei is the name of the founder of the Kiyomizu family of ceramic artists in Kyoto, with a history of over 240 years. The studio is now in its eighth generation and is currently led by contemporary ceramicist and sculptor Rokubei VIII. This family had an important influence on the development and survival of Kyoto ware. *** Please note: If you look closely at the surface of ceramic products, you can observe a few tiny particles.
