Ah Chung started out as a political cartoonist in the early sixties in an art career spanning 50 years. In the early eighties, after emigrating to the United States, he started to adopt the pseudonym “Ah Chung” in a new endeavour in art, using Chinese ink and colour, accompanying inspirational or soothing sentence(s), came a series of new artworks, which inspire and comfort us in our hectic life. The artist passed away peacefully in his sleep in his Los Angeles home on early August of 2018.
