Select your preferred template, material, and specifications. 2. **Message the designer with your customization requests before placing your order.** * Confirmation of draft revisions is limited to 2 times; additional fees will apply for revisions exceeding this limit. * Our pre-set templates are meticulously adjusted. If you require custom colors, additional text, or other modifications, a revision fee will be charged. * Please contact the designer if you wish to change the font. * If no specific font is requested, the font shown in the template design will be used. 3. Click the "Customize" button to proceed to checkout. 4. A draft will be provided for confirmation within 3 days of payment. 5. Printing and shipping will commence once the draft is confirmed (no modifications are possible after printing). 6. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days after draft confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Additional processing time of 2-3 days may be required for special finishes. **┃ Product Details ┃** * Quantity: 300 cards ± 5 cards * Size: 8.6x5.2cm ± 0.1~0.3 cm * Material: * Double Matte Cardstock: Matte finish on both sides, waterproof, and tear-resistant. * Ivory Cardstock: Colors will appear slightly muted after printing. * Watercolor Paper: Features an irregular texture on the surface, lending a unique feel to your design and an elegant touch. **┃ Printing Information ┃** * Slight color variations (±10%) between print batches are considered normal. * Screen display effects vary; please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. Those with strict color requirements should evaluate carefully before ordering. * Manual cutting may result in 1-3mm errors, potentially causing noticeable variations in border thickness for designs with borders. * Colors may appear slightly darker after lamination (gloss or matte). * Occasional residual adhesive on the edges of stickers is normal and does not affect normal use. **┃ Defective Product Returns & Exchanges ┃** * Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a clear defect (as defined below). * In case of defects, please provide an unboxing video, a video of the issue, and submit a request within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned within 7 days; requests made after this period cannot be processed. * Shipping costs for defective product returns and exchanges will be borne by each party: the buyer covers the shipping cost for returning the item, and we cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Definition of Defective Product: Refers to damage, severe stains, significant printing errors, size discrepancies exceeding the specified range, or incorrect items present at the time of shipment.
