---------------
By chance, I was in my mother's kitchen in Finland and opened a whole drawer of kitchen cloths. Some of the old cloth towels with calendars printed on them look quite historical.
Calendar kitchen cloths are small items that many Nordic friends will buy when their children are born. On the one hand, they can be hung up and used in the current year, and on the other hand, they can be kept and used after the end of the year. Every time I pick up the kitchen towel, I start to recall my children.
It seems that this trend came from the United States, and Nordic countries also followed suit and printed calendars on high-quality kitchen cloths. No wonder, such multi-purpose gadgets are most in line with Nordic pragmatism.
