◆ If the glass products are damaged during firing or transportation, COZU Lab will provide a full refund or a free trial class.
◆ The number of participants in this event is based on the registration page. If there are accompanying persons, additional venue cleaning fees will be charged.
◆ Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
◆ Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and damage is caused, the students are responsible for themselves; if there are any production problems, please notify the on-site staff immediately.
◆ Please handle glass products with care. If any damage or cracks are found before production, please notify the on-site staff immediately to assist in replacement.
◆ This course will take pictures, videos, etc. of students’ production highlights and works, which will be publicly shared and promoted on COZU Lab.’s official website and social platforms in the future. To protect your privacy rights, if you do not agree to be photographed, You can indicate this in the order notes, or inform the on-site staff in advance.
◆ COZU Lab. reserves the right to make all modifications and decisions to this event.
◆ In order to consider the preparation for this course and the start of the course on the day, refunds will not be accepted. Please evaluate carefully before registering.
You can transfer your registration qualification to others for use by others, or proactively contact COZU Lab. customer service two days before the class date, and we will assist you in arranging future courses.
◆ If classes cannot start as scheduled due to natural disasters or force majeure, our organization will notify you of any changes to the postponement time or refunds and cancellations via email or phone.
