1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your choices.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a Tax ID Number (統編), please provide your company name and Tax ID Number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
