Due to handmade craftsmanship, the bracelet will be made to fit as closely as possible, typically with about 1cm of looseness. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after a period of wear. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● Warranty period is 1 month. If the cord comes undone or breaks during wear, you can have it re-strung for free (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn and you wish to replace it, a service fee of $100 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs (replacement of main charms or special accessories are not included and will be quoted separately based on the style).
