This item is handmade, so slight variations from the product photos may occur. Please avoid wearing while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs, as this may cause discoloration that cannot be restored. Cord replacement is $100 per cord (you can send it to us or request a video tutorial to replace it yourself~ I've personally used mine for over 2 years with no issues 🥰 However, this depends on individual usage habits. If it breaks, it won't scatter because I use multiple strands for tying. The accessories are made from products that resist fading, but it depends on personal habits. If discoloration occurs, you can send it back for accessory and cord replacement for approximately $200. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it ✨ or gently wipe it after sweating in summer before storing it in a ziplock bag.
