▶ Ticketing Details
1. Upon order placement, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon checkout.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon payment, please book your slot at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
