As it is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, there are inevitably "weaving flaws," which may initially appear as "fraying." While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we diligently inspect every piece at the factory and make every effort to avoid these flaws during fabric cutting, and if found, we use them in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it is impossible to eliminate them entirely.
