▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Registration is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to verify and book your desired date and available seats.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
