Do you love the therapeutic scent of herbs?
This is an introductory herb planting experience you won't want to miss.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to properly cultivate common herbs found in Taiwan's flower markets, ensuring they thrive and become a lasting part of your life.
The magic of herbs isn't just their captivating aroma; they can be practically applied in cooking and beverages. During the event, you'll get hands-on experience with the correct way to harvest herbs, encouraging them to grow even more abundantly.
The harvested herbs will be dried during the workshop to become fresh herbal tea, which you'll then brew and savor.
Finally, three popular tea blend recipes will be shared, empowering you with skills to become a herbal tea connoisseur.
【Workshop Schedule】
1. Practice harvesting your herbs, understanding their characteristics and how to interact with them (each participant receives 2 pots of seasonal herb plants).
2. Washing the plants.
3. Drying in a tea dehydrator (approx. 1.5 hours).
4. While drying, learn about commonly available herbs in Taiwan, their traits, cultivation methods, and uses.
5. Learn three popular tea blend recipes.
6. Prepare and package your tea blends.
7. Brew and enjoy your tea.

1 jar of homemade herbal tea, 1 bottle of cold brew tea, 2 large pots of herb plants, a burlap sack, herb lecture notes.
Instructor Yen, with a background in agriculture and horticulture, shares a passion for plants. Known for an unconventional, anthropomorphic teaching style, Yen inspires participants to naturally experience and utilize plants.

1. After your creation is complete, please bring your own bag to carry it. For environmental reasons, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, they are available for purchase on-site for NT$10-15 each.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the workshop content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the event (in cases of unavoidable circumstances with valid proof, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time on the day of the event, please call us at (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times. No-shows will be considered as completed activities and are non-refundable.
