If the product needs to be returned due to access limitations, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. *Phoenix offers one free delivery service per order, regardless of the number of items. If your delivery location is in a remote area, an additional remote area delivery fee will apply. Please refer to the remote area delivery service fee table. If additional shipping fees are required, customer service will notify you after the order is confirmed. *Staircase delivery service fees are calculated based on the delivery floor. No additional fee is charged for deliveries to floors with an elevator. For buildings without an elevator, deliveries to the 2nd floor (and below) are free of charge. For deliveries to the 3rd floor and above, a fee of 2% of the total order amount will be charged for floors 3 through 5.
