— About This Piece — This scissor case is crafted from a combination of grey fabric and damask-patterned material, adorned with a cameo motif and a tassel. The silhouette has also been carefully considered, featuring an elegant curved edge. The monochrome palette of grey and white offers a subdued elegance, while the frills and braid trim add a touch of glamour. This feminine and sophisticated piece is accented with a cameo motif for a refined finish. (The cameo motif is made of resin.) It's perfectly sized to hold large scissors up to 22 cm. This piece is created using the cartonnage technique, which involves assembling a box from traditional French cardboard and then covering it with paper or fabric. Additionally, this item can be recreated using "fabrics and decorative materials from other pieces" available in my collection. For example, a remote control holder could be made with the same damask pattern as a dustbox. A faint scent of adhesive may be present immediately after unpacking, but this will gradually dissipate over time. Scissors are not included with this item.
