Workshop Description

⚠️ Arrival time is 12:30. No time limit on the day refers to our business hours until 21:00.
If a customer cannot finish the project within the day due to personal reasons, such as arriving late or choosing an overly complex pattern, you may choose to take the unfinished piece home or schedule another session to complete it for a fee of 300 TWD per hour.
🔸 Please arrive on time for your session to avoid affecting others' experiences. No refunds for no-shows.
🔸 Patterns must be submitted at least 3 days in advance for evaluation. Due to time and equipment constraints, overly complex patterns may not be completed within the time limit. We may suggest slight modifications; we appreciate your understanding.
🔸 Photography may occur during the workshop for social media use. If you do not wish for your photo or video to be published, please inform us on-site and we will ensure you are not included.
🔸 In the event of a power outage, earthquake, or other interruptions, no refunds will be provided, but we will reschedule your session to complete the work.
🔸 To maintain the quality of the experience, we only accommodate 6 groups per day.
If you need to change your reservation date, please notify us at least 2 working days in advance.
🔸 Notifications made within 2 working days will be treated as the first change.
The first change is free of charge.
A 200 TWD handling fee will be charged for a second change.
A maximum of 2 reservation changes are allowed (including the first free one).
(If you cannot attend due to personal reasons or cancel on the day, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.)
