The Brand's Genesis / My Grandma Vintage was founded with the hope of reimagining buttons, creatively repurposing them into wearable accessories. This allows everyone an opportunity to connect with and appreciate the sentiments of the past, continuing their stories. As Hong Kong's garment industry declined, vast quantities of supplementary materials were left without purpose. By chance, these two young artisans decided to find a new path for these buttons. What appears to be an unremarkable button can often become a striking focal point. With their diverse materials, shapes, and colors, they have always added a finishing touch to garments. Earrings are no different; designed with various materials, buttons ultimately become a pair of earrings.
