1. Please select the product description or product picture for the style. If you can't see it clearly, you can send a private message for the picture:)
2. There is a price list below for estimation, the amount will change with the quantity
3. Envelopes are charged separately (the price list is also below, which shows the total amount of gold stamping + envelopes)
If the envelope does not need hot stamping, it will cost $7 per piece (including transparent hot stamping sticker)
4. If you purchase paper wedding invitations, you can purchase an electronic wedding invitation for an additional $500 (one front and one back)
If you only purchase electronic wedding invitations (no paper copies), the amount is $1500
5. Color and font can be changed

After placing the order, we will check the manuscript with you within 9-12 working days.

//About size//
9.5x14cm for less than 80 sheets (error within 0.5cm)
80 or more sheets are basically 10.5x14.5cm (error within 0.5cm)
If you want to customize the size, you can directly tell the designer the size for inquiry.
(e.g. business card size or two business cards size or larger)
The size of urgent items may be 9.5x14cm (within 0.5cm error)
If there is a border design, please be aware that the four sides will have an error of about 0.3mm due to cutting. There may be large and small edges, which will be classified as normal!
//About materials//
If the budget is sufficient, I would recommend the upgraded top-level fog film.
The thickness has been greatly increased, and it feels very thick. The matte texture of the mist film is also very good, giving it a high-end feel!
For the middle class, it is recommended to choose ivory or matte film of normal thickness, both of which have basic thickness.
*When cutting top-grade ivory, it is easy to see the white fiber tearing of the paper on the side edge
(In plain words, the edges may be rough and white*
If you choose single-sided production, please note that the back side will be white without any printing.

Try not to choose a face with too small proportions.
After all, the resolution of printing is definitely not as clear as what we see on our mobile phones.

//About color difference//
Each mobile phone screen has different display brightness and color tone.
And when printing, different papers absorb ink, causing different colors
Both will affect the color and the draft you see will be 10% different, which is normal.
And if you choose a more special color (nude, orange pink, orange red, beige, etc.)
There is also a chance that each card may have a slight color difference
We will try our best to avoid it, and please evaluate it and place an order if you can accept it.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color difference🙏
//About ordering time//
Currently it takes about 14-20 working days to ship
If there are special materials, sizes, or processing, an additional 2 working days will be added
If you have urgent order needs
You can add the next day shipping ($1000~$1500); three working days ($800); seven working days ($500)
(Please ask the designer first and let him know the date you need to receive the product so that we can estimate the time. The amount will fluctuate depending on the order volume.)

Since this product is mainly produced by applying the public version, no additional design and typesetting fee will be charged.
Therefore, I would like to trouble the newcomers to confirm again whether the requirements have been informed~
After checking the manuscript, you can modify the layout/color/5% correction for free twice, and the third time will be charged at $50 or more
If you want to change the font, please inform us before placing the order.
We do not accept major changes to the content or changes to the format.
(Handwritten font changes will be charged an additional fee of $350 or more)
(If you need to change the pattern, an additional fee of $500 will be charged)

//Border design//
Style with border design
Please note that there may be an error of about 2MM after cutting the four sides.
As long as there is a slight error, the visual effect will be more skewed than the borderless design.
For example, there are situations where the left and right sides are large and small, or the four sides are not equal.
It is recommended to choose a style with a border if you don’t mind.
//About Returns and Exchanges//
1. Products with customized content or color are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you want to cancel after the draft is sent, you will be charged at least 50% of the fee, and you may be required to pay the full amount of the product.
2. If you pay for the goods at a convenience store after the deadline, you still need to pay the full amount of the goods and shipping costs.
3. Because it is not printed in a clean room, there may be dust or small black spots and other mini-print defects.
Perfectionists please think twice. We will not accept returns or exchanges for defects as small as sesame seeds (forgive us)
Please rest assured that we will conduct quality control again and again. We will never ship products with unacceptable defects♥️
4. Keep your eyes open to check the manuscript. Once the manuscript is confirmed, it is deemed that you agree to use it for production. If you find that the content is incorrect after receiving the product, we will not accept returns. If the manuscript is not clear, please ask the designer to enlarge the details and take screenshots for verification. If you are unfortunate enough to discover errors in the contents after receiving the goods, we do offer discounts for reprinting. Please contact the designer at that time.
