A rare antique bronze carved frame brooch, purchased in France. The motif features an off-white plastic flower with subtle dark markings in the center. While it has been cleaned, this characteristic remains, though it does not detract from its overall beauty or functionality. Crafted from what appears to be bronze and plastic, this piece is substantial and in good condition. Measurements: 4.5 cm. I'd like to share a detail about the clasp on the back of this piece. This type of closure is known as a Trombone Clasp, or sometimes a Push-pull safety clasp. This design is frequently seen in French and European antique jewelry.
