The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and specific patterns (please note that certain styles do not support engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring method: Take a strand of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it around the intended finger, ensuring a snug fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters using a ruler. Consult the size chart for your measurement.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

**Workshops can be scheduled with just one participant. All workshops are by appointment only.**
● For your convenience, all confirmed workshop registrations requiring rescheduling or cancellation must be notified at least three days prior to the class.
Failure to notify on the day of the class or no-shows will result in no refunds. However, the value can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are welcome (subject to available materials in stock).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about the availability of classroom space for that day.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons and to avoid any delays that could affect your and others' experience.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If the finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be repurchased.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly depending on the complexity of the chosen style. Completed pieces can be collected on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to pandemic regulations, masks must be worn to enter the premises.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip as needed for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, based on personal safety considerations,
the class will be postponed according to government directives, and a new date will be arranged.
