Flower Care: ● You can remove the packaging and place the flowers in a suitable vase with water filled to 80%. Remove any leaves submerged in water to prevent decay. It is recommended to trim the stems and change the water daily. ● To maintain the bouquet with its packaging, you can add water daily to keep the flowers hydrated. ● When watering, please avoid the petals to prevent water damage. If petals show signs of water damage or wilting and yellowing, they can be gently removed. ● Place in a well-ventilated, cool area. Avoid hot or direct sunlight environments. Delivery Methods: ● Preserved/Fresh Flower Gifts are available for in-store pickup (No. 2, Alley 16, Section 4, Bade Road, Songshan District, Taipei City) and nationwide delivery. ● Pickup and delivery can be scheduled for a specific date. ● For deliveries outside of Taipei City, there is a risk of damage during transit. If logistics are delayed or the package experiences bumps or collisions, the flower gift may be damaged. Please confirm you accept this risk before placing an order. ● For any other related questions, please message us privately or call beforehand to confirm delivery status and fees. Important Notes: ● This product is only deliverable to Taiwan's main island (excluding airports and outlying islands). Orders will be automatically canceled if the delivery address is found to be undeliverable. ● For fresh flower gifts, if the flower materials, accompanying materials, or wrapping paper are out of stock due to market or seasonal factors, they will be directly replaced with other materials without prior notice. The designer will use their professional judgment to achieve the best design effect. ● If the flower pots, baskets, vases, or decorative accessories shown in the images are out of stock, they will be replaced with suitable containers or accessories of equivalent value. Please note that the colors of the flowers (such as roses) shown in the images may vary slightly in size and shade due to seasonal temperature changes and varietal differences. The actual product shipped will be based on availability without further notification, as flowers are perishable items. Exchanges and temporary order cancellations are not provided. ● If you have any issues, please notify us within 48 hours before the delivery date.
