Thank you 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 Regarding Floral Materials 】** • Just like people, natural flowers vary in shape, posture, and size. • Products are carefully packaged; minor petal shedding during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to make product photos as accurate as possible, but colors may vary due to screen displays or different import batches. The actual product serves as the standard. If color precision is a major concern, we recommend purchasing from a physical store. **【 Regarding the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handmade, so minor imperfections such as slight scratches under light, small air bubbles, or uneven edges are considered normal craftsmanship marks. **❖ Preservation Tips ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, ventilated place. The ideal humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, transparency, or color staining) • If the environment is humid, use a dehumidifier or air conditioner. • Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on the storage conditions, the optimal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally fade and weather over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video while unboxing. If you have any concerns, please contact us via private message before leaving negative feedback. Dream deeply values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
