The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and certain patterns (specific designs may not be eligible for engraving).
How to measure for a gift?
● Sizing Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to loop around the wrist where the bracelet will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters using a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of the approximate height and weight; adjustments can be made at the store after the item is completed.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes to the class date or cancellations must be communicated at least three days prior to the scheduled course. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows; the fee can be transferred to other products or classes.
● Samples are available for try-on in the store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to more expensive designs are possible with a price difference; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to less expensive items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and to try on samples. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone and respects everyone's time.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a finished piece has an irreparable flaw due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly with design complexity. Your creation can be taken home the same day.
**★ Currently, due to pandemic measures, all participants must wear a mask to enter.**
★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class day, classes will be postponed based on government advisories for safety, and a new date will be arranged.
