Handmade . Crafted using wax carving techniques "Craftsmanship" The techniques currently employed in our designs include metalworking, wax carving, stone setting, metal engraving, and 3D printing. As these are skills the designer has mastered, any desired adjustments to the jewelry can be discussed with the designer. "Material Explanation" All items in this shop are produced under the strict supervision of the designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and sterling silver is also procured from reliable partners. Plating services utilize both jewelry and industrial plating standards. If you have concerns about material allergies, please feel free to inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most items in this shop are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check availability or to confirm if production is possible within your timeframe. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing will require a longer lead time. Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (additional purchase required for items under NT$2,000). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple item purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one). For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items with non-standard colors or specifications (e.g., gemstone color variations, arrangement, size, material, gold plating or no plating), custom engravings, or modifications such as clip-on conversions.
