"Precautions
1- If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and you will be charged 30% of the ticket price for all expenses incurred. Since the designer must prepare materials ten days before the event, it will be canceled within ten days from the day before the event Cancellations are not accepted, but you can find someone to replace them
2- Quota is limited. In order to protect the rights and interests of applicants, priority will be given to those who complete remittance and account reconciliation
3- If the number of applicants for the event does not reach 2 two days before the start date of the event, the design hall has the right to cancel the event and notify the students to change the event or refund.
4- In case of suspension of classes due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Design Management Committee will take the initiative to contact you to get a full refund or postpone the class. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be used as the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
5- Participation is limited to ticket buyers, please do not bring your companions to participate.
6- Admission is open 10 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund.
7- Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers. If there is any violation and damage is caused, you should be responsible for it yourself.
8- If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the Design Museum, no refund will be made.
9- The experience activities will be taken by the sponsor according to the needs, and will be uploaded to the Pinpin Academy community after the activity. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
