Paraguayan green sandalwood is among the world's densest woods and richest in natural oils. Its color naturally shifts from yellow to green, releasing a delightful aroma and showcasing distinctive grain patterns. It is currently a rare material, facing the threat of endangerment and is subject to export restrictions by Paraguay. Dimensions: Length 72.2 cm, Width approx. 12.5 cm, Thickness 2 cm. The material itself may exhibit natural characteristics such as holes, which are inherent to non-standard materials. In processing the wood, we strive for a balance between human craftsmanship and nature's elements, but perfection in all aspects is challenging. Both its desirable and less conventional qualities are integral to this raw material. We welcome those with an open mind and a discerning eye; perfectionists, please consider carefully. Green sandalwood, when kept away from sunlight for extended periods, will revert from green to yellow. Moderate sun exposure can restore its green hue, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Approximately 20 minutes per session is recommended (adjust based on desired color). If the surface becomes slightly rough after sun exposure, it can be gently smoothed with a piece of A4 paper.
