Notes
1. Only registered participants are allowed in the class. To ensure a quality learning environment, please do not bring companions. If family or friends accompany you, they are welcome to wait in a nearby cafe or convenience store until the class concludes. If the participant is a child, one parent may accompany them. Your cooperation is appreciated, thank you.
2. In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you proactively to reschedule or issue a refund.
3. Date changes are not accepted on the day of the event. Cancellations on the day will be considered forfeitures of the class, and no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please inform us at least one day in advance.
4. If you wish to purchase an additional material kit, please notify the studio in advance for preparation. Participants can collect and pay in cash on the day of the class.
5. The studio undergoes basic cleaning and disinfection daily. If you are feeling unwell, we recommend rescheduling your class and resting at home. If you have cold symptoms, wearing a mask during the class is recommended. Thank you for your cooperation. We wish everyone good health and safety.
