Testing scents is not permitted, and returns are not accepted once the seal is broken. Additional Notes and Precautions:  This is not a water-oxygen diffuser: Only pure essential oils can be used. (Adding only water or water mixed with essential oils is not supported!)  Changing Scents and Maintenance: Remove the bottle. Clean the essential oil bottle with 75% alcohol. Add alcohol to the device and let it atomize for 5 minutes, then discard the alcohol. This prepares it for a new essential oil.  Interchangeable Bottles: The essential oil bottles are 10ml with an 18-thread neck size for universal compatibility. (Oversized bottles will not fit, as the mist outlet has a specific height!)  Air Pump Principle (Vibration noise is normal) The device automatically stops releasing fragrance when no oil is detected, ensuring safety. However, it is still recommended to turn it off periodically to replenish the essential oil.
