・Registration is confirmed only upon completion of payment. ・A 15-minute grace period is allowed on the day of the class. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. ・Should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, please message the official Hao Li Floral LINE account (@igc8211f) the day before the class to discuss rescheduling. One postponement is permitted. ・If Hao Li Floral Studio must cancel a class due to force majeure and rescheduling cannot be agreed upon with the student, a full refund will be provided. ・Each session is expected to last 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the piece. It's recommended not to schedule tight engagements immediately afterward. ・Dried flowers and preserved flowers are natural materials and will exhibit variations in color, texture, and size. These natural variations are part of their unique charm and not considered flaws. The creative process ensures each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be an exact replica of the instructor's sample. ・During the class, the instructor may take photos of the creation process and the finished arrangement (please inform the instructor in advance if you prefer not to be photographed). These images may be used for future brand promotion. ・Preserved floral materials should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, to maintain their longevity, which typically lasts 1-3 years.
