Born in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture. Studied under Western-style painter Isao Masuzaka.
He is a Japanese-style painter, watercolor painter, and illustrator.
Representative of “Seagull Company,” which produces goods centering on cats. Has been involved in the development of goods such as Kuro at the Wharf, Jodogahime, and Umineko Wakame-chan. Director of Miyako Art Association.
Awarded a prize in the Japanese Painting Division of the Iwate Art Festival 2022. Awarded a prize in the Japanese Painting Division at the Iwate Art Festival 2023.
Iwate Manga Grand Prix 2024 Grand Prize in the Illustration Division for “Jodogahime”.
