All processes, from kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing, are done by hand in my home studio, which is equipped with a small electric kiln and an electric potter's wheel. While mass production is not possible, each piece has its own unique character, and you can enjoy the charm that comes from being handmade. The item you receive will be the same as pictured. The base of the dish has been sanded to minimize scratching your table. I create a variety of pottery in different colors and shapes, exploring the best combinations using various glazes and clays. It's impossible to create exact duplicates; these are vessels that, while similar, can be considered one-of-a-kind. I would be delighted if you could find a piece that you love. For this reason, we apply a water-stopping treatment to our tableware using a ceramic water-stopper before shipping, so there is no need for initial glazing. This water-stopping treatment takes 2-3 days, which is why we set the shipping period to 5 days from the order date. If you do not require the water-stopping treatment, please let us know at the time of purchase. - Due to the characteristics of the glaze colors, the dishes may appear whiter under morning light or white fluorescent light, and may show more reddish or yellowish tones under evening light or warm lighting. - Cutlery shown in the product images is not included. - We strive to photograph and edit product images to be as true to the actual product as possible, but please understand that colors may appear differently depending on your monitor environment and lighting conditions. - As this item is also sold on other sites, in the event of overlapping purchases, priority will be given to the customer who completes the purchase procedure first.
