1. Introduction to metalcraft tools & guidance and demonstration by a professional metalcraft instructor.
2. Measuring your size.
3. Crafting with sterling silver material, including sawing, filing, and shaping.
4. Using various tools to create surface textures.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.
7. Receive a commemorative certificate upon completion to capture your beautiful moments and memories.

. The course operates by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order notes. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of the experience for entry.
. The materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% service fee.
