. Small class teaching is adopted, and the seats are arranged so that people traveling with the same class sit at the same table to reduce the chance of strangers gathering together; seats should be spaced as far apart as possible.
. Lecturers and students are required to wear masks at all times and will not be allowed to enter without wearing masks.
. All personnel must have their body temperature taken before entering the venue. Only those who do not exceed 37.5 degrees and have completed alcohol disinfection are allowed to enter.
. Use alcohol before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequently touched points such as utensils, doorknobs, and tabletops.

**Registration is completed only after the reservation date and seat availability are confirmed and the departure notification letter (warm reminder notification letter) is received.**
**Experience classes may require side shots or post-experience product shots**and upload them to the organizer's Facebook fan page, IG, etc. after the event. In the future, photos and images containing portraits or products may be used for event records or other enrollment promotion purposes. If you do not agree, please inform the staff at the event site.
・Please purchase tickets and complete reservations 2-3 days in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us 7 days in advance.

・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of all fees incurred will be charged. Since designers must prepare materials ten days before the event, no returns or exchanges will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.

**. If the customer cancels due to personal factors, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**

. If the participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not attributable to the Metalworker, no refund will be given.
. In the event of a typhoon, the suspension of classes announced by the event venue will be used as the standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
