1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you choose a laser-engraved option and have finalized your engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the chosen workshop location contacts you to arrange and confirm your appointment date and seating availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order placement and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
