How to Measure Ring Size for a Gift?
● Measurement Method: Wrap a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, refer to the size chart.
● Provide our store staff with your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

**Classes start with just one person. All workshops are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days before your confirmed workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking can be transferred to another product or workshop purchase.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. You may also exchange your item for a different style of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
You can also upgrade to a more expensive style by paying the difference; however, no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished product has irreparable damage due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your piece will be ready for pickup on the same day.
**★ Currently, masks are required for entry due to the ongoing pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed for safety reasons, in accordance with government advisories. A new date will be arranged.
