Unlike PU leather or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, the leather may inevitably acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfect precision of machine-made items, but it possesses a different kind of delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a luster, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, or due to different storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the texture and dye absorption vary across different areas. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order as a [Customized Order]. Please note your custom requirements such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font" when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it will be assumed that the "stitching color" is to be chosen by the designer, and "embossing text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
