As they grow, the need for a heat-protective outer shell diminishes, making these compartmentalized bowls less useful, which feels like a waste. We wondered if the heat-protective outer layer had to have openings, or if it could be used independently. This led the Moek team to discover Essten, an eco-friendly and durable material with a heat resistance ranging from -40°C to 140°C.
