Began studying jade carving in Taipei in 1988. Integrated design concepts into his work after studying Advertising Design in vocational school (1993). Established his own studio in 1994. Received an Honorable Mention in the Craft category at the 14th Nan Ying Art Exhibition for his piece "Waiting for the Right Moment" (2000). Participated in a group exhibition of jade and stone art at the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall (August 2000). Invited to participate in the Hualien International Arts Festival, showcasing live carving in the local creation zone (2001). Selected for the "Dream of Craft" award at the 10th Taiwan Craft Design Competition (2002). Participated in a jade and stone exhibition at the Hsinchu County Cultural Affairs Bureau (January 2002). Featured in a Luoxi stone and jade exhibition during the "Flowers and Trees Carnival" in Changhua County (May 2002).
