We select 925 silver for its hardness, offering a balance between the softer properties of 999 fine silver and its suitability for jewelry making, while also slowing the rate of oxidation. 𓈃 RONG uses natural materials for stones, pearls, and other elements, as well as unheated gemstones. These pieces are not heat-treated, allowing their natural colors to shine, adding to their charm. For each piece, stones of similar color will be carefully selected for setting. 𓈃 The semi-precious stones and pearls used by RONG are natural materials, making each piece unique. Growth marks and natural patterns are not considered defects. 𓈃 RONG items are custom-made by hand and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. Returns based on personal subjective factors are not accepted. 𓂋 Shipping Time Rong's "溶" series products are handmade. The crafting process takes 7-10 business days (excluding holidays).
