1. If the course is canceled or rescheduled due to force majeure (natural disasters) or reasons attributable to our company, and participants are unable to attend, a full refund of the amount actually paid will be issued.
2. For cancellations due to personal reasons, the refund policy is as follows:
■ Courses priced at NT$600 or below:
(1) Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event will receive a 90% refund.
(2) Cancellations made 4-7 days before the event will receive an 80% refund.
(3) Cancellations made 1-3 days before the event will receive a 60% refund.
(4) Cancellations made on the day of the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
■ Courses priced above NT$600:
(1) Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event will receive a 95% refund.
(2) Cancellations made 4-7 days before the event will receive a 90% refund.
(3) Cancellations made 3 days before the event up to the start of the class will receive an 80% refund.
(4) Refund requests made before the start of the second class session (excluding the second session itself) will receive a 70% refund.
(5) Refund requests made after the second class session but within one-third of the total course duration will receive a 50% refund.
(6) If more than one-third of the total course duration has passed since the actual commencement of the course, no refund will be issued.
3. For payments made by credit card, refunds will be processed to the original credit card account within approximately 3 business days after the refund request is completed. For payments made via ATM transfer, refunds will be issued to the original bank account or a designated personal account within approximately 2 weeks after the refund request is completed. Any interbank transfer fees incurred due to personal refund requests will be borne by the participant.
4. If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, they may transfer their spot to another eligible individual or request to switch to another course. This must be communicated to our company at least 3 days prior to the course start date, along with the personal details and contact information of the transferee, to assist with insurance (if applicable) and sending event notifications. A participant may only change their name or course once. Any difference in fees will be refunded or paid accordingly.
