The work is inspired by the ancient ruins of Beipu, starting from an ancient well, and uses colorful colors to present the imprints of different eras and ethnic groups. The ancient well seems to echo history, evoking memories of the expansion of Fujian and Guangdong. The hexagonal feet at the bottom inherit the traditional construction style, contain Feng Shui implications, and have a strong oriental charm. This glass feature at the bottom, known as the "bottoming" technique in handmade glass craftsmanship, is usually cut away for ease of use, but this piece is deliberately retained to demonstrate the importance of historical heritage.
