If you are concerned about darkening or dullness of brass, you can polish it with a commercially available brass abrasive to restore it to its original shine. Darkening can also be suppressed by putting it in an anti-sulfurization bag for daily storage, or by putting the anti-sulfuration chip in a sealed bag and storing it together. It is a metal that contains a lot of copper components, so people with metal allergies may need to be careful. It's very tasteful and beautiful, and you can enjoy changing it.
